Lasagna

Combine the following ingredients in bowl:

10 oz. Marinara*
3 lbs. Ricotta
3 eggs
6 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
20 oz. Italian sausage (Cook and let sausage cool to 155 degrees)
Boil 10 lasagna sheets until tender. Cool down in cool water.

Contributed by:

1.       Lay lasagna sheets out on a table.
2.
       Fill each sheet with ricotta mix and sausage.
3.
       Roll up lasagna sheet with ingredients.
4.
       Add marinara to the bottom of a baker’s dish.
5.
       Put lasagna on top of marinara and to the lasagna with more marinara.
6.
       Add desired cheese amount over top of lasagna.
7.
       Bake at 350 degrees until inner temp of lasagna reaches 155 degrees.
