Marinade for Grilled Steaks 

½ cup Galena Cellars Country Red wine
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Galena Cellars Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme or ¾ teaspoon dried
Freshly ground black pepper to taste 

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.  Let cool before using.  Pour over meat in a shallow glass dish or heavy plastic bag.  Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.  Remove steaks from marinade and barbecue.
