Fancy Berry Sauce

1 cup Galena Cellars Cranberry Bog                          1 pint raspberries
1/3 cup sugar                                                             1 pint blackberries
2 whole cloves                                                           1 pint strawberries, hulled & halved
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon vanilla 

In medium saucepan on high heat, boil together wine, sugar, cloves and cinnamon.  Boil 12-15 minutes or until syrup forms.  Remove cloves and cinnamon.  Add berries and cook for 2-5 minutes until berries start to release juice.  Remove from heat.  Add vanilla.  Stir and serve warm over ice cream or pound cake.  May freeze.
